| 1 |
Late fee of Rs 200/- per day will be charged after the due date. |

* Reminder Letter of the fee due is issued after 15th day from the due date . |

** Name will be struck off from the School Rolls if fee is outstanding for three months. |

All fees are to be paid through Crossed Cheque or Demand draft in favour of 'International Public School ' payable at Bhopal. |

|
|
|
|
| 2 |
Almanac reissue fine is Rs. 500/- and ID Card reissue fine is Rs . 150 /- . |

|
|
|
|
| 3 |
The fee counter shall remain opened between 07:30 a.m. to 01:40 p.m. on all working days in summers and 08.00 to 2:00 p.m. in winters. |

|
|
| 4 |
The fee does not include uniform,books,stationery,educational trip/ tour or other expenditure of personal nature. |
|
|
|
|
|
| 5 |
At the time of new admission the parent is required to pay Part A along with B & C . |
|
|
|
|
|
| 6 |
Admission will be considered as confirmed only when 1st quarter fee is deposited. |

|
|
|
|
| 7 |
Fee is payable on quarterly basis as per the schedule mentioned above. |

|
|
|
| 8 |
All fee are to be paid on or before the due dates. Late payment of fee shall attract fine as per rules. |
|
|
|
|
|
| 9 |
Parents may avail 5 % discount on full fee payment for the whole session provided they pay the entire fee at the beginning of the session. |
|
|
|
|
|
| 10 |
Rs. 500 /- per Instrument will be charged in addition to the late fee in case cheque is dishonoured by bankers for any reason. |
